booking information
- Check-in: your apartment is available on your arrival day from 3:00 pm.
- Check-out: by 9:00 am. Upon request, an earlier arrival or later departure is possible.
- Payment: please pay your hotel bill a day before departure by 7:00 pm.
- Parking: one free, covered parking space is available per apartment.
- WLAN: free WLAN is available throughout the hotel.
- Deposit: a deposit of 30% of the total amount is due when making a booking.
- Visitor's tax: the visitor's tax is currently € 2.20 per person and night.
- Smoking: all apartments are smoke-free. Ashtrays are available on the balconies.
- Children: up to 2 yrs. old free. Cribs/high chairs are available for free. Please let us know if you would like these when making your booking.
- Ski storage room: please store your boots and equipment only in the ski storage room. Not in the apartment!
- Lifts: you will find the Penkenbahn only 100m from our hotel. The Ahornbahn can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by ski bus.
- A large supermarket is 50 meters away. You can also conveniently order online and have your purchases delivered directly.
- Terms & conditions: the general terms & conditions for the hotel industry apply.
- Cancellation: with a cancellation on the arrival day or a no-show without a cancellation, we charge 100% of the price.
