Where is Apparthotel Ederfeld located?

Apparthotel Ederfeld is located directly in the heart of the popular shopping street of Mayrhofen. You will find lifts and many restaurants right outside our door. 

What parking options are available?

You can park your car directly at our hotel for free. One covered parking space is available per apartment. The parking space is closed off and only accessible to hotel guests. 

Can the hotel be reached by public transportation?

Arrival by train/bus 
You can reach the Jenbach train station with the trains of the ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railways). From Jenbach, you can ride the Zillertalbahn or the buses of the ZVB to Mayrhofen. From the Mayrhofen train station, it is only a few minutes to our hotel. 

Regional transport
Public transportation runs to every excursion destination. Information is available at our reception desk. 

When are arrival and departure times?

On arrival day, your apartment will be available from 3:00 pm. 
On departure day, we ask that you check out of the apartment by 9:00 am. Upon request at the reception desk, we will check if an earlier arrival or later departure is possible. For organizational reasons, we ask that you pay the hotel bill at the reception desk prior to your departure by 7:00 pm. 

Are bed linens, towels, etc. available?

All of this is available in the apartment. You will also find dishwashing detergent, tabs for the dishwasher, dishes, sponges, etc. in the well-equipped kitchen.   

Where is the nearest supermarket?

A large supermarket is located 50 m away. 
Mon-Fri from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm  
SAT from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
Sun & holidays depending on the season, information available at the reception desk

Garbage disposal

We come to the apartments daily (except for Sunday) and dispose of garbage. 

Are dogs/pets allowed?

Basically YES:
• Pets must be clean and "hotel-friendly" (i.e. no barking) 
• Animals must not be left out of sight for long for long periods of time: i.e. dogs should not be left alone in the apartment for longer than 2 hours 
• We charge € 20 per dog/night
• The guest is liable for all stains and damages as well as any other associated costs during their stay  

Are smokers welcome in the hotel?

Of course, but we ask for your understanding that all our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Ashtrays are available on every balcony, or you can make yourself comfortable in the garden house with a heater.  

When is the sauna open?

In winter, our sauna facility is open daily from 4:00 to 8:30 pm.

In summer, we will heat up the sauna for you upon request. Please get in touch with us at the reception desk.

In the apartment, you will find a sauna basket with hand towel, sauna towel, and slippers.  
The sauna is a non-clothing area!
You must 16 or older to use the sauna!

Are bathrobes available?

You will receive bathrobes at the reception desk for a rental fee.
